MyTaiwanTour's "Selling Taiwan" Initiative Attracts Global Attention with Influencer-Driven Deep Dives into Taiwan

MyTaiwanTour, operated by Feiya Travel Agency, focuses on providing international travelers with customized and unique travel experiences. Since its establishment in 2014, the agency has been dedicated to showcasing the beauty and rich culture of Taiwan, successfully attracting over 100,000 international visitors from more than 70 countries, including celebrities like Madonna and Ryan Reynolds. MyTaiwanTour's distinctive travel experiences have consistently earned five-star ratings on TripAdvisor since 2017, solidifying its leading position in Taiwan's tourism industry.


Recently, from February 7 to 14, MyTaiwanTour hosted a group of influencers from London with a combined following of over 2.5 million. This trip broke away from traditional tourism, opting for destinations rich in local cultural stories and high interactivity, such as the historic mining village of Jingtong in New Taipei City and the National Center for Traditional Arts in Yilan, allowing the influencers to deeply experience Taiwan's historical and cultural heritage. The influencers also participated in tea picking at Zhengfu Tea Plantation, experiencing eco-friendly agricultural practices. These experiences were shared globally through their social media, enhancing Taiwan's international recognition as a tourist destination.


In addition to providing high-quality travel experiences, MyTaiwanTour has also meticulously planned the "Selling Taiwan" initiative, curating a selection of MIT (Made in Taiwan) brand products, including gourmet snacks made from local agricultural products and 3C products combining Taiwan's technological innovations. This strategy not only provides travelers with representative Taiwanese goods but also promotes the international exposure of Taiwanese brands. Wu Huai-shen, the founder of MyTaiwanTour, stated that through tourism and cultural experiences, they hope to introduce and instill a love for Taiwan's beauty in more international travelers, encouraging them to bring this appreciation back to their home countries.


The "Selling Taiwan" initiative is not just a commercial endeavor but also a sincere gesture of hospitality from Taiwan, showcasing the warmth and friendliness of the Taiwanese people.
