Taiwanese manga artist Jerrat's work, "The Demoted 'Incompetent' Court Magician Who Is Actually the Strongest Without Magic," has successfully debuted in Japan's renowned manga magazine "Young Jump" and quickly rose to the top of the popularity charts.
